Taking care of body odor.

It is very important to take care of body odor before going out in public. Sweating is one of the main causes of body odor. That it why is is important to take a shower and put on deodorant after sweating a lot or else you will smell bad. Ways to prevent body odor is regularly keeping your clothes and body clean, wear antiperspirants, etc.


Washing Your Hands

I'm sure you can think of many reasons as to why it is important to wash your hands, but I'm here to name a few. Washing your hands after going to the bathroom, eating, handling/preparing food, etc is very important when it comes to spreading bacteria. The most effective way to prevent germs and bacteria from spreading is washing your hands.


Brushing your Teeth

It is very important to brush your teeth twice daily unless you want to have dental problems in the future. Not brushing your teeth can cause plague build up, bad breath, and gingivitis. In order to prevent these problems, brush your teeth twice a day.


Hair Hygiene

Hair hygiene is just as important as any other type of hygiene whether you realize it or not. Poor hair hygiene can cause dandruff, greasy scalp, and even lice. To prevent these things from happening to you, you can regulary wash your hair with shampoo, massage your scalp, and consistently comb your hair.


Nail Hygiene

Nail hygiene is another thing that people don't realize is very important to your health. Not keeping your nails clean and short and having longer nails can harbor more dirt and bacteria than short nails. Ways to prevent dirty nails is keeping nails clean and dry, cutting them straight across, do not bite your fingernails, and keep them filed.
